There are two ships in the fleet; Crystal Symphony - 50,000 tons with a 980 guest capacity and Crystal Serenity – launched in June 2003 at 68,000 tons with a guest capacity of 1080.

The ships offer a variety of bar and lounge venues, including the Avenue Saloon, The Bistro, Caesars Palace at Sea casino a Crystal Cruises exclusive, run by the world-famous Las Vegas gaming operation. The 3,000-plus square-foot facility houses five blackjack tables, as well as mini-baccarat, craps, roulette, and more than 85 slot machines. The expert casino staff is employed by Caesars Palace Club.

Other venues include Crystal Cove, Galaxy Lounge, Palm Court, Pulse (Crystal Serenity), Stardust Club (Crystal Serenity), Starlite Club (Crystal Symphony), Sunset Bar (Crystal Serenity). Each features a unique style and atmosphere as well as different hours of service.
